Race Unity Day 2009

22nd March 2009 was by far the most successful celebration of the Race Unity Day, with an estimated crowd of over 4000 people. Promoting peace and cultural diversity highlighted the day’s event with the theme ‘People in your Neighbourhood’. A scrumptious variety of ethnic food from 30 different stalls was available. There were also 14 information stalls.
